Q: Are your perfumes Eau De Parfum (EDP)?
A: Yes. Our perfumes are formulated as Eau De Parfum (EDP), which offers a higher concentration and better longevity compared to regular perfumes.
Q: How long do Senzia perfumes last?
A: On average, our perfumes last between 6–10 hours, depending on skin type, environment, and usage.
Q: Are your perfumes suitable for daily use?
A: Yes. Our fragrances are balanced and versatile, making them suitable for everyday wear as well as special occasions.
Q: Can both men and women use unisex perfumes?
A: Absolutely. Our unisex fragrances are designed to suit all genders and adapt uniquely to individual body chemistry.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Q: How can I place an order?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
A: Yes. We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Standard shipping charges are Rs 250. Free shipping may apply on selected orders or promotions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
