SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.


SHIPPING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard shipping fee: Rs 250

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs 5,000 (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure availability at the provided address to avoid delays or cancellations.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or email

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (where available)


FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery, or

  • The order may be returned to us

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Contact us immediately with photos or video proof

For accepted deliveries, issues must be reported within 48 hours.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be modified or canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled


UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS

Orders returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept COD

may not be eligible for free re-shipping.
